Being a leader takes a continual investment. Whether you are a leader of one or many – focusing on how you lead is essential. Join us in our #Leadwell: Building Leaders for Tomorrow program to ensure that you are not only leading well today – but have the skills and tools to lead well into tomorrow.
These are some of the questions you should be asking to lead well. People leadership takes talent, time and energy. Make sure that you are developing yourself, and the leaders around you, to tackle the unique needs of each person on your team.
Our next program starts the morning of October 10th. Each class runs from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm on the following dates: October 10, 17 & 24, November 7, 14 & 28 and December 5 &12.
