The Worksmart learning journey
Is DiSC Certification Required for the Trainer-Led Modules?
DiSC Certification is not required to deliver the modules. However, facilitators or HR professionals may want to become certified in DiSC if they are unfamiliar with the model. The course is designed to increase confidence and competence in using these tools.
The DiSC Certification course takes place virtually over two weeks. During the course, you will join other learning professionals and dig into the foundations of DiSC Theory and how to run a successful DiSC Workshop including using tools like Worksmart.
