Features of Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™
Catalyst Groups
We all carry the weight when a team doesn’t work well together.
The Your Groups feature on Catalyst combines Everything DiSC with actionable insights to help teams build cohesion and adapt their behavior for optimal performance.
Features of Groups

Group Map
The group map paints a picture of where the individual members of the group fall on the DiSC map.
It also provides at-a-glance access to each individual’s three main priorities and any extra priorities that they may have.
Check out our Bishop House team map!

Style Insights
Style insights breaks down your group by style, and allows you to see what members of the group share each of the four styles.
Style insights will highlight the priorities that individuals with that style typically share, as well as provide further information about those with blended styles and extra priorities.

Your group by style – offers a synopsis of the distribution of styles of the group
Your group by tendency – features Group Continua, an effective tool for teams to build connection and community using DiSC®.
By plotting members along eight different behavioral continua, teams gain straightforward language for safe conversations about differences, helping them reach new levels of performance.

Conversation Starters
