Simple to use
DiSC profiles are simple to use – for both the administrator and the respondent.
As an administrator, you can issue a DiSC assessment in a matter of minutes. You can check completion status, access profiles, and create team and comparison reports.
As a respondent, you receive an online DiSC assessment asking you to answer a simple questionnaire about your own behavior, rating your answers on a scale from strongly agree to strongly disagree. The questionnaire takes approximately 20 minutes.
Easy to understand
The DiSC profile reports on DiSC behavior by measuring attributes, preferences and aspects of the respondent’s DiSC personality. Responses are then collated, scored electronically and displayed by a dot on the circumplex model.
As well as being divided into the four DiSC personalities, the model is broken down into 12 further segments. Everyone is a blend of all four DiSC personality types and all styles are equally valuable.
