Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is for senior leaders who not only lead leaders who lead other leaders, but also are key influencers within their organizations.

Initial coaching programs typically involve 12 to 18 periodic coaching sessions – each lasting about 60 minutes – over 10 to 14 months.

Leadership Coaching

Leadership coaching is for those leaders who are directly leading teams/departments or leading those who are leading teams/departments.

Initial coaching programs typically involve 6 to 8 periodic coaching sessions – each lasting about 60 minutes – over 3 to 6 months.

What to expect

The impact

Our customized programs allow us to work one-on-one with executives and leaders to understand their leadership style and develop skills and strategies to increase their impact upon the organization and enhance the value they bring to the organization.

The process

A coaching program includes a series of individual situational coaching sessions to explore, discover, and enhance effective people leadership. During the interactive coaching sessions, the coach will guide the executive or leader in practicing impactful leadership, building successful relationships, and applying adapted behaviors.

360º feedback option

At times, an executive or leader will also participate in a 360-degree feedback survey to gain insight to how certain stakeholder groups – peers, direct reports, etc. – and their supervisor perceive the executive’s or leader’s leadership behavior.
