Lisa Clark - Leadership Coach and Facilitator

About Lisa

Lisa is passionate about supporting new leaders in their transition into leadership and has spent the majority of her career developing and delivering content to support this effort.

Lisa began her career as a training specialist for a medical device company where she led the onboarding program for all clinical and sales new hires, ensuring they had the tools necessary for success. From there, she dipped her toe in the facilitation pool and has never looked back! She has since worked in multiple capacities within the Human Resources field, mainly focused on training, talent management and program facilitation. Most recently, she was a consultant at Workhuman where she partnered with client organizations across all industries to design and implement social recognition and rewards programs with the goal of increasing human connection and meaningfulness of work. She is thrilled to be back in the facilitation and coaching arena, as she gets her energy from facilitating conversations on topics such as building trust, delivering effective feedback, coaching for success, and DiSC.

Lisa received her B.A. in Psychology from Gettysburg College and her M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.

She and her husband live outside of Boston, Massachusetts with their two young daughters, who keep them quite busy. Being a parent is her greatest accomplishment (and most challenging endeavor)!
