What is Everything DiSC certification?

Everything DiSC® Certification is a two-week immersive experience that combines live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning. The experience prepares facilitators to deliver engaging and impactful DiSC® learning experiences that help people work better together. This holistic DiSC experience teaches the principles of DiSC through a variety of applications and activities.

How we support you

Once you have registered, you will be introduced to one of Bishop House’s certified DiSC trainers who will be your training coach throughout the certification process and your delivery of your first training and/or coaching session. Through our work with over 100 professionals going through certification, we’ve honed in on the things that will be most helpful to you during your certification journey.

Everything DiSC® is now a SHRM Recertification Provider!

Everything DiSC® now offers SHRM credential-holders the opportunity to earn 20 professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management when they complete the Everything DiSC Certification.

What to expect

Before certification

  • You will meet with your Bishop House Training Coach to review your goals for certification
  • Your Training Coach will answer any questions you may have on the process, provide feedback/insight to you regarding special areas you might want to focus on during the certification program, and discuss the required preparation
  • You’ll sign up for access to the Catalyst Practitioner Experience (required) Learn more

During certification

  • You’ll invest time preparing for the first class session
  • You’ll attend four live, virtual, 2-hour sessions over a period of 2 weeks
  • You’ll complete self-directed work
  • You’ll take and pass the Certified Practitioner exam

After certification

  • You’ll receive a copy of the Bishop House DiSC Facilitation Kit, which includes the following: facilitator notes for our highly successful DiSC training sessions, a hard copy of adapted PowerPoint slides, and sample participant handouts
  • You’ll meet with your training coach to discuss getting prepared for delivering your first DiSC training or coaching session
  • Your training coach will partner with you to update your PowerPoint slides to reflect our proven, successful format
  • Your training coach will be available for up to 2 hours of additional coaching for you which may include providing feedback on your approach for your training sessions, providing insight on answering unique questions that may come up, debriefing with you after your first session, etc.

Valuable credential

Participants receive the Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner credential, signaling proven competence in shaping a high-performing, collaborative culture, knowledgeable in the language of DiSC. Participants are also eligible to earn 20 Professional Development Credits from SHRM.

Participants learn from DiSC® specialists to develop deeper knowledge and expertise of the Everything DiSC® model, theory and key principles. They will explore how to build custom solutions and deliver impactful DiSC experiences using the new Everything DiSC on Catalyst™ learning experience.
