Cristina finds deep purpose in helping leaders harness the power of coaching. Through the thoughtful approach of asking powerful questions, Cristina’s goal is to help leaders arrive at their own solutions to the myriad of leadership challenges they face, rather than providing them.
With nearly 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience, Cristina’s career has always centered around the desire to cultivate leadership potential. Prior to joining Bishop House, Cristina spent several years with CVS Health, where in addition to holding senior HR Business Partner roles, she also spent time in executive coaching, enterprise succession planning and development efforts. In similar capacities at both Reebok and The TJX Companies, prior to her time at CVS Health, Cristina has always looked to leverage her skill in leadership coaching to meet leaders where they are, and partner with them to first identify and then realize their respective paths forward.
Cristina holds a master’s degree in Organizational Learning and Development, a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from Suffolk University in Boston, MA and is an ACC ICF-Certified Leadership and Development Coach. Cristina currently resides just south of Boston with her husband and son. She enjoys spending her free time with her family outdoors, in any season, and especially loves discovering new breweries as part of their adventures together.
