DiSC One-on-One Debrief Coaching
In conjunction with a training program or as a separate coaching service an experienced Bishop House Leadership Coach meets one-on-one with a leader or individual contributor to deliver a confidential coaching session. The coaching session allows for deeper discussion regarding the individual’s DiSC profile providing an opportunity to more thoroughly understand their assessment and ask specific questions.
