About Jillian

Jillian is passionate about helping people communicate and connect with greater purpose and intention. She believes that every interaction creates a ripple effect—and when we choose our words, body language, and tone with care, our message becomes clearer, relationships grow stronger, and the impact we create is positive and lasting.

Throughout her career, Jillian has held a variety of roles in human resources, building broad experience in leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement. This background allows her to understand both individual and organizational dynamics, and to translate complex ideas into practical, relatable insights.

Today, she leverages this expertise to design and deliver content that is strategic, engaging, and impactful—helping individuals and teams communicate more effectively, lead with intention, and create meaningful connections.

Jillian began her career at a financial consulting firm, where she was responsible for delivering programs that supported new hire success. Her work included training incoming employees, managing the immigration program, and overseeing mentorship initiatives to help new hires thrive within a diverse corporate culture. More recently, Jillian worked at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where she collaborated with leaders at all levels of the organization to foster a more engaged and high-performing workforce. Her work included implementing performance management frameworks, leveraging HR analytics to inform decision-making, enhancing employee onboarding experiences, and facilitating manager assimilation.

In 2016, Jillian joined Bishop House Consulting, where she continues to pursue her passion for developing and empowering others to reach their full potential. Jillian earned her B.A. in Psychology from Western New England College and her M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven. She currently resides in Saratoga County with her husband and three children.
