How to access

The Catalyst Practitioner Experience is a single-user, subscription-based model. Participants can gain access with a one-time initial access fee, followed by an annual renewal.

Current Everything DiSC Facilitation Kit holders (Catalyst, Workplace, Agile EQ or Management) can gain access for one participant at no cost through December 31, 2025. This access will be good for one year from the date of the upgrade.

For new participants not upgrading an existing facilitation kit, access is being offered at a highly discounted introductory rate through December 31, 2025.

How Bishop House supports you

Getting started

You’ll purchase and gain access to the Catalyst Practitioner Experience (CPE)
We will provide a Bishop House training coach to review your goals for facilitation
Your training coach will answer any questions you may have on the process and provide feedback/insight to you regarding special areas you might want to focus on while you prepare to facilitate your first DiSC session
You’ll take the 2-hour, asynchronous Foundations course that comes with the CPE
If you decide to take your knowledge to the next level you can sign up for Everything DiSC Certification (optional)

Next Steps

You’ll receive a copy of the Bishop House DiSC Facilitation Kit, which includes the following: facilitator notes for our highly successful DiSC training sessions, a hard copy of adapted PowerPoint slides, and sample participant handouts
You’ll meet with your training coach to discuss getting prepared for delivering your first DiSC training or coaching session
Your training coach will partner with you to update your PowerPoint slides to reflect our proven, successful format
Your training coach will be available for several hours of additional coaching for you which may include providing feedback on your approach for your training sessions, providing insight on answering unique questions that may come up, debriefing with you after your first session, etc.
