Renee’s experience spans across Engineering, Operations, Recruiting, and Employee Relations positions, and she has held multiple leadership roles within work, community and church environments. She uses her organizational experience and interpersonal skills to facilitate growth and progress of individuals and groups at every opportunity. Positive, versatile, and resourceful, Renee’s sincere and open communication style enables her to consistently and persistently lead others towards clarified goals.

Renee has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, and combines her passion for technology, business and people with her professional and leadership experience to provide a unique level of coaching, strategy and support for each client. In addition to working as a Leadership Coach with Bishop House Consulting, she is an independent Job Search Coach at her own company, RMesh Associates. Renee is also a PARW Certified Professional Resume Writer.

Through professional training and experience, Renee has built a solid understanding of personal work-styles, motivational drivers and success metrics in order to serve clients of all types. She has been a licensed Predictive Index Analyst (work-style) and has been trained to recognize the DISC model personalities. Additionally, she is proficient in areas of learning styles, learning differences, communication styles, and leadership styles. Her motivation has always been and continues to be serving, coaching and leading others so they are able to work and live at their best.
