Connie brings extensive experience in management, management consulting, psychotherapy, and executive coaching to our team.  She has developed an expertise in helping individuals and teams enhance their effectiveness, particularly when facing significant change.

Earlier in her career, Connie held several different management positions at the Chase Manhattan Bank. For the past 20 years, Connie has consulted with companies undergoing major transition. She guided Preferred Care and MVP Health Care through the merging of their IT cultures, and she helped United Rentals, which has grown into a multi-billion dollar company through acquisition, develop uniform processes.  During the explosion of internet growth in the late 1990’s, she helped the leaders of a growing internet consulting firm define a proprietary development methodology.  These and other experiences have given Connie an understanding of the issues that arise in various stages of a company’s growth, and of how different cultures and leaders approach the resolution of these issues.

Connie also pulls from her experience as a psychotherapist when working with individuals and teams. Most people find her easy to talk to, and she often hears that she asks good questions. Connie understands that even small changes are hard for some people to go through, and she leverages strengths to help people find their way to the “other side.”
