This exercise is intended to help you visualize yourself as the leader you want to be – bringing the best of who you are now and becoming the best leader you can be.

Creating habits requires attention and focus. We must also be purposeful to change or break our more “automatic” habits. You’ve spent a great deal of time in this program highlighting the actions you’d like to take – now set out and do them!
