Great people leaders are lifelong learners consuming blog posts, podcasts, articles, videos and books to gain perspective and increase knowledge.

Here are some favorites from books, podcasts, and articles I’ve consumed this year.

Co-Intelligence: Living and Working with AI

Ethan Mollick provides a compelling and practical guide for navigating the new era of artificial intelligence. As a Wharton professor and popular newsletter author, Mollick presents a balanced view of AI’s potential impact on our lives, work, and education.

The book introduces the concept of “co-intelligence,” where humans and AI collaborate symbiotically. Mollick argues that AI should augment human intelligence rather than replace it, presenting an optimistic yet cautious perspective on the technology’s future.

Four Thousand Weeks: Time Management for Mortals

Oliver Burkeman offers a refreshing perspective on our relationship with time. The title refers to the average human lifespan of about 80 years, or roughly 4,000 weeks.
Rather than providing typical productivity advice, Burkeman encourages readers to embrace the finite nature of human existence. He argues that our obsession with efficiency and “getting everything done” often leads to more stress and less fulfillment.

Acquired Podcast – Nvidia

Nvidia is a leading American multinational technology company that has become synonymous with cutting-edge graphics processing units (GPUs) and artificial intelligence (AI) hardware and software. The hosts provide a comprehensive three-part series on Nvidia, covering the company’s history, strategy, and rise to prominence in the AI era.

Be a life long learner and lead well!

Each year, I strive to consume as many books, Podcasts, and articles that catch my eye.  Here is a list of what I’ve consumed in 2024 on my personal blog.
