  • Read your “style story” and jot down two or three statements that resonate with you strongly

  • Read through the “Workplace Priorities” page on the “What drives you” section and identify which priority resonates most for you and how your priorities influence how you work
    • To locate your workplace priorities, scroll down on the home page of Catalyst and click on the “What drives you” section – your priorities will appear under “Your workplace priorities”
  • Read the “Your motivators and stressors” page in the “What drives you” section and select two motivators and two stressors that most resonate for you.
    • To locate “Your motivators and stressors,” scroll down in the “What drives you” section – these will appear below your Workplace Priorities
  • Complete the Introductory Questionnaire
  • Select a sponsor for the program (as discussed in your first coaching meeting) and provide them with a Sponsor Form
