Jennifer McVay-Dyche is a learning and development professional with 20 years of experience in the design, development, and delivery of adult-centered education and training programs. She has successfully worked across organizations to create authentic learning experiences, coach and develop teams, and implement operational efficiencies to make room for the art of learning.
Jennifer’s interest in adult learning started while working as a corporate trainer for a national mortgage company. Driven by a desire to help working adults achieve their educational goals, Jennifer dedicated 14 years to developing online degree programs at institutions including Excelsior College and Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Most recently, Jennifer worked for Strategic Education, Inc. where she partnered with key stakeholders to create an online performance management program to help learners become more informed, engaging, and inspiring managers.
Today, Jennifer is an organizational trainer, learning strategist, and coach. She draws from her signature strengths of perspective, zest, leadership, and love of learning to help individuals and organizations tackle their biggest learning and development challenges.
Jennifer earned a BA in Corporate Communication from Marietta College, an MAEd in Adult Education and Distance Learning from the University of Phoenix, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from The University of Dayton. She is a graduate of the Online Learning Consortium’s (OLC) Institute for Emerging Leadership in Online Learning and has completed Academic Impression’s program on collaborative leadership.
