Go to Personal Options > Manage Custom Messages.  From here you can create a new message or modify an existing message.

To Create a New Message:

1. Select an existing folder, or to create a new folder do the following:

• Click on the Create a new Message Folder button
• Enter a folder name
• Click the Create Folder button

2. Click the Create a new Message button OR click on the Create a new Message link next to an existing folder.

3. If you chose the Create a new Message button option in #2, select the folder where you would like to store the message.

4. Enter a Title for your message.

5. In the box below, enter the text of your message.

6. Click Save.

To Edit an Existing Message:

1. Expand the folder where the message you wish to edit is stored by clicking on the plus sign next to the folder.

2. Click on the Edit link next to the message you wish to edit.

3. Make the desired changes to the message.

4. Click the Save button.

To Transfer Messages from One Folder to Another:

1. Click the Transfer Contents link next to the folder that contains the message(s) you wish to transfer.

2. In the Messages to be Moved section, place a checkmark next to the messages you wish to transfer.

3. Select the destination folder and click Transfer Messages.

To Rename a Folder:

1. Click the Rename link next to the folder you wish to rename.

2. Enter a new folder name and click Rename Folder.

To Delete a Message:

1. Expand the folder where the message you wish to delete is stored by clicking on the plus sign next to the folder.

2. Click on the Delete link next to the message you wish to delete.

3. Click OK on the confirmation prompts that appears.

To Delete a Folder:

1. Click on the Delete link next to the folder you wish to delete.  NOTE: the folder must be empty before it can be deleted.  If you wish to delete a folder that contains messages you must first transfer or delete the messages.

2. Click OK on the confirmation prompts that appears.
