An experienced Bishop House Leadership Coach meets one-on-one with a leader or individual contributor to deliver a confidential coaching session. This can be done either in conjunction with a training program or as a separate coaching service. The coaching session allows for deeper discussion regarding the individual’s DiSC profile, providing them with an opportunity to more thoroughly understand their assessment.
