We offer the following DiSC refresher courses to help elevate DiSC from a helpful tool to an integral part of your organization’s culture.

MyEverythingDiSC.com Workshop

Session participants will create a MyEverythingDiSC.com account, get hands-on experience with the features of the tool and receive guidance on how to have an effective comparison conversation.

Objectives:

  • To insure participants have created their MyED.com accounts

  • To insure participants know how to use their account to create comparisons

  • To guide participants in how to have comparison conversations with co-workers

  • To increase comfort, and the likelihood that DiSC will be used as an “everyday” communication tool – building DiSC into the culture of the workplace

Team Map Review

We will focus on how your team’s DiSC styles interact and how this is impacting team performance. We will explore specific work examples and what could be adjusted to optimize the performance of the team.

Objectives:

  • To look at the DiSC styles of a team as a whole

  • Explore the strengths and weaknesses of the team from a DiSC perspective

  • Consider how the DiSC styles of the team are helping or holding back the team’s performance

  • To create action steps to increase team performance

Understanding Conflict Using DiSC

Exploration of how different DiSC styles react during conflict, and what triggers conflict for participants personally.  Optional Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict assessment review with adapting strategies.

Objectives:

  • For each participant to understand how their DiSC style tends to react during conflict

  • Exploring healthy and unhealthy reactions during conflict

  • Learning strategies to assist with managing conflict situations
