Small Team Coaching

At times, a small group of employees or leaders find the road to effective peer interactions to be a bit bumpy.  Bishop House Consulting leverages our leadership and executive coaching expertise to help these small groups to assess where their interactions may be sub-par and then work to develop open lines of communication. 

Typically the team meets with a Bishop House Coach for three to four team coaching sessions lasting about 90 minutes.  Real and current work situations are leveraged where ever possible.  Relationships are established and common interests leveraged.
