Sky Ferguson

Sky Ferguson has spent the last 19 years as a corporate trainer equipping professionals in the multifaceted areas of human resource development and persuasive communication. She has extensive experience in platform training, small group facilitation, and one-on-one coaching in a variety of industries ranging from financial services and telecommunications to manufacturing and retail.

Sky’s previous experience in social work and counseling, combined with her in-depth experience teaching presentation skills, gives her valuable insight into the art of collaboration and effective leadership.  She strategically incorporates high energy, humor, self disclosure, picturesque language and practical illustrations to maximize comprehension of principles and lasting skill development. She also strives to create a positive, open environment through her informal style and deep respect for every individual.

Sky is active in the community volunteering for various organizations. She is the current chairperson for Young Life in Fairport, NY. She served as President and Board member for Comfort in Crisis helping families with a loved one in critical care for many years. She earned her BS in Secondary Education from Texas Tech University and MA in Counseling from Grace Theological Seminary.
