Robin Perry - Vice President, Learning & Development

About Robin

Robin Perry is the Vice President of Learning and Development for Bishop House Consulting, Inc.  She is best known for her ability to connect with individuals and teams to help them uncover barriers and progress forward.  Her work focuses in leadership coaching, team facilitation, and as a keynote speaker.

As a Leadership Coach, Robin describes herself as an instigator and supporter.  She focuses on helping clients increase self-awareness to aid in accomplishing their goals.  Robin holds an ACC coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation, and is a graduate of the George Mason University program for Leadership and Organizational Well-Being.

Robin also works with leadership teams to increase their effectiveness.  She has seen organizational strength increase as leaders learn how to work as a team. With her experience in team dynamics, she offers a variety of approaches to positively impact team functioning.

As a keynote speaker, Robin engages her audience around a variety of leadership and development topics including: building trust, emotional intelligence, leading change, as well as customized topics at the request of specific audiences.

In addition to her coaching certification Robin is also a certified DiSC© facilitator, accredited Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ facilitator, and is the originator of the #Leadwell management training program for Bishop House – currently in its 23nd session.  Prior to launching her career as a consultant in 2000 she held Senior HR, organizational development and marketing positions in the Capital Region and Boston.
