Ann Reis

 

Ann Reis’s experience has been focused in leadership development, teambuilding, organizational needs assessment, talent management, and human resource strategic planning and management.  Highlights of her background include: 7+ years managing executive succession planning for a large multi-faceted organization (10K+ employees); 11 years leading a variety of initiatives to enhance teamwork and productivity; and 18 years designing and facilitating customized, results-driven executive leadership and management development programs.   For over 25 years, she has provided management consulting services and currently teaches Business Communication at Siena College.  Formerly, she served as Director of Organizational Development and Recruitment at Price Chopper Supermarkets, and in a number of Human Resource and Training management roles at the Center for the Disabled (now known as the Center for Disability Services).

Ann received her Master’s degree in organizational psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York, and her Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in Virginia. She is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Hudson-Mohawk American Society for Training and Development, and the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce.
