Our 8 week training program is aimed squarely at supporting new and maturing leaders. You must invest in your managers to sustain employee morale and create loyal, effective leaders. Our program focuses on:

Our training program consists of real time learning in a unique structure with ongoing weekly sessions that allow managers to apply their new skills while one-on-one situational leadership coaching provides direct feedback on progress. - Eight, half-day training sessions delivered weekly
- Two individual leadership coaching sessions for each participant
- Two “sponsor meetings” where the participant, their internal sponsor and a BHC leadership coach will meet to discuss individual expectations for the program at the start and at the end of the 8 week program.
New and maturing leaders benefit greatly from dynamic education in the art and science of management and leadership. Our program combines dynamic class room instruction, situational coaching and interactive sessions to provide leaders with an environment and opportunity to learn. Making the content stick is accomplished first by rolling the program out over a 8 week horizon and secondly by identifying an internal sponsor who will maintain contact with the participant during and after completion of the training program.
To insure the new/maturing leader is leveraging their new skills “back in the real world” we provide two individual situational coaching sessions with an experienced leadership coach. This one-on-one development opportunity takes place at two critical junctures for the new leader: mid-way through the program and 45 to 60 days after completion of the program.
