EPIC Instructions for Generating Individual Reports

Create a Team View

  1. Go to Manage Reports > Create New Report/Issue Access Codes.
  1. Select Everything DiSC for the Product Family and Everything DiSC Team View for the Product.  Click Next.
  1. In the Report Details section, select (or create) the folder and sub folder where you would like to store your report.  Enter a name for your report in the Report Name field.
  1. Click Add to begin adding participants to your team view report.
  1. Enter selection criteria for the participants you would like to include in your report.  Note: at least 2 participants must be selected to create a team view.
  1. From the Search Results, check the box next to each participant you would like to include in the report.  To include all participants listed you can click the Select All button below the Search Results.  Click Next.
  1. Repeat steps 4-6 until all desired participants have been added.  Click Next.
  1. Click OK to the confirmation message that appears.  You are now able to view, print or email your Team View report.

Create a Comparison Report

  1. Go to Manage Reports > Create New Report/Issue Access Codes.
  1. Select Everything DiSC for the Product Family and Everything DiSC Comparison Report for the Product.  Click Next.
  1. In the Report Details section, select (or create) the folder and sub folder where you would like to store your report.
  1. Click Add to begin adding participants to your Comparison Report.
  1. Enter selection criteria for the participants you would like to include in your report.  Note: exactly 2 participants must be selected to create a comparison report.
  1. From the Search Results, check the box next to the names of the participants you would like to include in the report.  Click Next.
  1. Repeat steps 4-6 if necessary until both participants have been added.  Click Next.
  1. Click OK to the confirmation message that appears.  You are now able to view, print or email your Comparison Report.

View/Print/Email a Completed Report

  1. Go to Manage Reports > View/Print/Email Completed Reports.
  1. Enter selection criteria for the reports you would like to generate.  Click Search.
  1. From the search results, click the Select button next to the desired report.
  1. You are now able to view, print or email your report.
