Our process incorporates several approaches to help the leader or business owner gain clarity on their personal beliefs and professional demands and develop a roadmap to live in both worlds unashamed. While coaching programs unique to each individual, the following steps are generally followed.

• Assessment - Exploring the current status of personal beliefs and professional goals; what's important to the executive in living their daily lives.

• Roadmap Coaching - A roadmap is developed to help the leader identify and assess opportunities to balance their spirituality and demands of the executive role.

• Action Planning - Actionable plans are developed to which the leader can be held accountable in working down their desired roadmap.
